Bulk Team Import

Upload a spreadsheet to invite multiple managers and technicians at once. Each user gets an email invite with a link to set their password. Useful for first-time setup or large team additions.

CSV or Excel files supported. Maximum 5MB.

Bulk Job Import

Upload an estimate/job export from Service Autopilot or another field-service platform to migrate historical jobs and active estimates into ServiceBit. Imported records function as first-class jobs and estimates — editable, status-switchable, invoiceable.

XLSX, XLS, CSV, TSV supported. Large files (50MB+) accepted. Owner-only.

SMS & Communications

Federal TCPA law requires explicit, recorded consent before your business can send SMS. Toggle this on to enable estimate links, tech invites, and client follow-ups via text. Toggle off to immediately halt all outgoing SMS.
