These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ServiceBit platform, operated by Kyle Anderson ("ServiceBit," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using ServiceBit, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using ServiceBit, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your business, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use ServiceBit.
ServiceBit is a cloud-based field service management platform designed for service businesses including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and related contractors. Features include job scheduling, estimate generation, customer management, technician dispatch, voice notes, SMS communication, and accounting integrations. Features are subject to change at our discretion.

ServiceBit provides SMS infrastructure via Twilio but is not responsible for the content of messages you send or for your compliance with TCPA or other messaging laws.
ServiceBit integrates with third-party services including QuickBooks Online (Intuit) and Twilio. Your use of those integrations is also subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of any third-party service. Disconnecting an integration does not delete data already synced to that third-party platform.
Your use of ServiceBit is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You retain ownership of your business data. By using ServiceBit, you grant us a limited license to process and store that data solely to provide the service.
ServiceBit and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Kyle Anderson and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our name, logo, or branding without prior written consent.
ServiceBit is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. AI-generated estimates are provided as a starting point only — you are responsible for reviewing and verifying all pricing before sending to customers.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ServiceBit and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ServiceBit and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights, including TCPA violations related to your SMS use.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or conduct that we determine is harmful to other users or to ServiceBit. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support@servicebit.app. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Illinois, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in that venue.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of ServiceBit after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
